CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged $45 for missed appointments. If you are a patient using their insurance for treatments, you will be responsible for any late cancellation fee—we cannot bill this to your insurance. Please understand that we do not enjoy having to enforce our cancellation policy, however short cancellations prevent other patients from coming in at your reserved time slot. This affects our ability to maintain affordable rates which are dependent upon booking a busy schedule. Please be considerate of this policy as it will be strictly enforced.
